Yes to all, but #3 what do you mean its not named Resource. My guide has a step-by-step for installing mods that you can use to check your set up - see section 3.9, the very last part: Is the Resource.cfg file set up correctly? (It's in the Mods folder, but not in a subfolder of Mods it's not named Resources.cfg, and it's got a valid set up?)
